Hi, the possums are now stranded above the bands on the trees, left to starve and dehydrate. Nobody will do anything except a small band of people who try to get something to the animals on the end of poles.

Nearly every palm tree is now banded and the gardens look terrible.

this is what shits me they are protected by concils the little buggers get in ya roof they do nothing to help yet fine u if u try to remove it but they can go round killing them banding trees thus forcing them to move into peoples roofs GIVE THE POSSUMS THERE TREES BACK SO I CAN HAVE MY PEACE BACK !

What gets me is the constant reiteration of the 'damaged trees' as an excuse for cruelty to wildlife, but there is no evidence AT ALL of any tree damage. Yet the Department of Sustainability AND the Council maintain this incompetent lie or smokescreen over their inexcusable and terribly expensive unnecessary actions.

Thats just disgusting you know wha you need to do is get a stack of blokes with chain saws and chop the lot of those palms down I know not at all eco but sometimes it takes brute force to make people wake up and listen keep em comin we want to stay up ta date on this one animals are the true owners of our world not the brutal human race love will save the day..........
