Trail Run Timpanookie To Scout Falls

My dog jack gave me that look today, it was the look that meant it was a cross-train day or a trail run as I like to do. I picked a trail that bikes werent allowed on, Timpanooke trail up American Fork Canyon. This is one of the trails that go all the way to the top of the mountain.

We were only going to Scout Falls about a 30 min run up the trail, started to sprinkle as we got about 10 min from scout falls, but nothing big. We hit ghost Falls about 30:32 min on my watch and turned back and raced down in 15 min, nice run.
