This is an example, but what he says is a real life message. Many workers do not care or love their work place. They want Johnny to help them no matter if he has a physical disability or he is an older person. What matters is that Johnny has won a reputation to make better service to the customers.

@zypherjohn You're right...this simple deed DID come from the heart because THAT is how people with Down syndrome think!!! I wish, too, that more people in our world were like Johnny! However, many people feel that individuals with Down syndrome are not important individuals and are not needed in today's society. That's why over 90% of mothers-to-be abort when they are given a Down syndrome prognosis!!!!!! ALARMING!!!!!

that's awesome. I have a friend Jeff, manager at a local Sprint store. someone in church showed it to him one day, and he was moved enough to show it to his employees. Later he was called to a management meeting in Michigan, and he was allowed to show the video there. Through His guidance this video reached the second highest person in Sprint. Now it's their motto. True story, just as I bet this is. You people are missing the point; even if it's a parable, it's still worthwhile, and useful.

who cares if it's a true story or not. forget the money issue and focus on the fact that it's inspiration for people to make a difference and a story like this can come true
