actually, they're trying to do away with paper as well. I totally agree that plastic is no good, but those cloth bags hold a lot and are very sturdy. I work at Kroger, and we get less and less paper bags in every shipment, and more and more cloth bags.

What they should do is, do away with plastic and only have paper an dcloth, give paper unless u dont have cloth! liek whole foods.
