Just a side note for whoever reads this:

It's interesting to note that the guys who don't like unions always seem to attribute negative behavior like this guy on the backhoe to 'UNION WORKERS', while at the same time, the pro union commenters always attibute it to 'stupid', 'unskilled', non-union workers.

Seems the more things change, the more they stay the same. The interesting thing is that both camps usually get it wrong when commenting on my videos.

@kimchiman1000 No the only problem with union workers is the fact that no matter how fucking sorry or un-skilled they are the union will always protect them in their job. Basically they keep stupid ass holes in the work place.

On that point I have to agree with you. I've always hated that. It makes it very difficult, if not almost impossible, to get rid of them. If a guy can't or won't do a good job, and someone else can or will, then he should be turfed.

and to think..companies around here want operators to have at LEAST 5 yrs experience running equipment,,i dont have 5 yrs but i can and have ran equipment and good enough to impress a previous boss..and yet i cant get a job runnnin any..and to see these vids of "stupid stunts" being done with equipment vids on youtube...youd think thered be more job openings in the equipment industry then there are.

This is just one example for tax payers to see where their money is going. It's going for buying expensive equipment, fooling around, goofing off, and may be break them, film that on camera, and put it on youtube to ENTERTAIN you guys. Don't you love this shit, and can't you realize that your money is being put in the right place. Work hard and pay more taxes so we can afford to buy more backhoes and teach the kids how to do this in school so they can go entertain their parents too!
