could i leave this on overnight? ive been looking for deep conditioners that i could leave on till morning when i wash it out. Last time i used queen heleen colesterol. Whould the keracare humeco creme be better as an overnight?

hello darling i think you should tell your viewers that this is a protein treatment and that you don't want to over use this treatment cause it will cause hair breakage, (protein overload)and also after shampooing your hair you need to do a deep moisturizing conditioning treatment to bring back the moisture and elasticity back to the hair. cause the fact that you got long hair they might went to do this weekly to obtain your hair length.
