Multitrack record in Cubase while capturing each performance on VidCam. Mix multitrack Cubase down to stereo mix. Import all 4 vid parts into Adobe, import stereo audio. Lay 'em all out at timepoint zero. Zoom in on audio. Line up audio from each vid track to the stereo audio track. Mute all the video audio except nice sounding stereo track from Cubase.

I use Adobe Premiere Pro for video splits. Record audio with Cubase. I think other video software can also do multiple tracks of video. Your computer will need more than 1 gig of RAM. Let me know if you have more ques.
