Ford Fiesta RS Turbo NEW ENGINE

My car running for a minute to show a mate, only the 3rd time it's been started since full rebuild top and bottom. [2010]

Engine is in a 1990 fiesta rs turbo, being rebuilt/restored into tarmac spec FWD rally car.

Running a T25 hybrid turbo in this video. Now changed to a T3 ERST turbo, with cosworth compressor wheel and compressor housing. [standard ERST T3 exhaust housing] Fully rebuilt, new 360 bearing etc.

CVH 1644CC. Forged/steel bottom end, a custom ground cam shaft from newman cams [ken ground it] solid lifters, roller rockers etc, a custom tubular exhaust manifold, custom swedish style inlet manifold, GT28 roller bearing turbo etc. this set up in this video is old old! This is the first fairly standard engine i built for the car. Kent cvh 34 or 35 are very good cams, just make sure you run them in properly with new hydraulic lifters.
