LOVE this song =) One thing, though. In the second verse, the line that says "Help us to remember that we are all the least of thieves". That should say "We are the least of THESE". =)

This song is amazing. WHAT IF the Church lowered their noses, and opened their arms? I tell you, this world would be RADICALLY changed. I have a friend that absolutely will not have any discussion of anything God-related, because of her past experiences in churches. It's sad, very sad. BE A LIGHT IN YOUR CHURCH

There are plenty of examples that indicate otherwise to me. Aside from these there are dozens of characters from the Old Testament that start out in God's favor, sin, and later they are still in God's favor: Moses, Sampson, Jonah, David, Noah etc.. If God gave up easily after people sin, He would have given up on the Hebrews long ago, but God is faithful.
