This is my very first use of "screenflow", to record a walk-through for my forum members at crankygamersuk.net.
Hopefully more mac stuff will follow.
This film uses audacity a free audio editing suite, that is simple to use, this could benefit anyone who wants to record there own voice for anything.

@blongsta5 I had the same problem. If you have windows like I do what you need to do is in the bottom right, right click on the speaker emblem then go to "Recording Devices" and click on your microphone and configure it. When you go back on Audacity it won't come up in the top right but if you hit record you should be able to. If it doesn't work you should just try to tweek it a bit and fiddle with it that is what I had to do so I figured it out, I was trying to find out when I saw your comment!

mine wont say internal microphone, i know it has one though.
