CALL OF DUTY MODERN WARFARE 3 ON ATI HD RADEON 4200

with fraps 29-30 fps without fraps 30-32 fps both depending game is reallly playable i dont know if its just the first mission or what using catalyst 11.8 no overclocking card runs @400Mhz FSB 1333MHz AMD Athlon Dual Core Processor @ 2.1GHz no overclocking 3GB DDR3 RAM am really surprised it runs this good or maybe my catalyst settings hmm who knows? update-fps sometimes 35-41 fps depending in some levels without fraps.
