This slideshow features complete audio for ' Don't Close your Eyes Tonight'', as sung by John Denver at Assisi, Italy in June 1986. This was one of the songs that were completely missing from the RAI TV footage of the concert. It has not been heard by the public since that wonderful night in Assisi.

It is my honour and delight to be able to post this slideshow featuring original photographs and audio kindly made available by my friend Giacomo Morico. Giacomo was not only at the concert, he also met and had a chat with JD during the setup preparations, as seen in his photographs. I have also included some screenshots from the RAI broadcast.
