Found this over at Dust-Loop via Cheng's Blog. Here's the info:

Name: 中華百烈拳 (100 Hits, Consumes 100% TG)
Input: 64641236+pk
Property:

Incredibly low on damage even when the opponent has 100% Guard Gauge (Note: the opponent's Guard Gauge drops from full to middle and stops dropping, which is weird.)

No invincible frame at start up

If the first hit is been guarded, then the rest of the 99 hits will not occur. (Thus, you cannot use it to raise the opponent's Guard Gauge.)

Can be guarded with Slash Back

There is at least 7 frames of stiffness (on the opponent side) after the move is been guarded.

yeah no burts, but you kan charge up the tension gauge by pressing D+HS

GG mode has incredibly cheap IKs and a different tension build system, GGX has... no bursts.
