  • I am allergic to wheat flour and gluten. have you ever tried to make this recipe with rice or even potatoe or tapioca flour? The tapioca would prob make it a bit chewy .. but a little added to muffins keeps them dense and moist. So I am wondering if anyone had any great outcomes with gluten free gnocchi???

Thanks for the time and the great care you put into each recipe you post. Grazi!

  • You can try to use corn flour to replace wheat flour.

    Best regards,

  • can you substitute the potatoes for any other vegetable because i am allergic to potatoes.

  • I suggest you to use semoulina or corn semoulina, but it's another recipe called "Roman gnocchi". We will show you in other video soon.

  • Thank you very much for sharing that recipe. When I was a child, I remember my parents making a polish recipe that is very similar. It was called Pimpika (or something like that). The ingredients are the same and they are wonderful. Please share more recipes and I wish you the very best of health, happiness, and prosperity.
