Thank you very much for sharing that recipe. When I was a child, I remember my parents making a polish recipe that is very similar. It was called Pimpika (or something like that). The ingredients are the same and they are wonderful. Please share more recipes and I wish you the very best of health, happiness, and prosperity.

I am allergic to wheat flour and gluten. have you ever tried to make this recipe with rice or even potatoe or tapioca flour? The tapioca would prob make it a bit chewy .. but a little added to muffins keeps them dense and moist. So I am wondering if anyone had any great outcomes with gluten free gnocchi???

You can try to use corn flour to replace wheat flour.

Thanks so much today my dad suddenlyy said that when he was a teenager he went to italy and ate this amazing food called gnocchi i said you have to make it we didnt know how so of course we youtube"d it and thanks so much it was wonderful

can you substitute the potatoes for any other vegetable because i am allergic to potatoes.

I suggest you to use semoulina or corn semoulina, but it's another recipe called "Roman gnocchi". We will show you in other video soon.
