#occupywallstreet report 9-30

This is 10 minutes or so of the GA inner circle and some of the direct democracy in action. I was impressed and moved by the passion and dedication of many I met. There is a sense of camaraderie and purpose that is very refreshing, in this day and age (as they say;-).
The whole "mic check" thing is a response to the fact that they are not allowed to use amplified equipment, so with the very large amount of folks wanting to "know" and participate with what's going on - like good citizens, this speaking and repeating process has been worked out. It made me smile; and love the individuals that filled the roles of faithfully insuring the speakers words are heard by all that wish.
