I just recently read about Adam Duritz's condition - certainly never held him back in expressing himself. The Man is a Genius with Words. Pure Poetry for Sure.

Oh my gosh just the most amazing lyrics ever. I can relate to so much of this song in a few ways. I just love it and it would be fantastic to see them live.

Anyone else just connect with the lyrics or is this anyone's fave song? Kevin Devine comes a close second for me with some of his lyrics. I just think that when you connect with a song and its words its almost like its written and being sung for you. X

Love, love Counting Crows. Think Adam Duritz has dissociative disorder from what I've read. While that may be uncomfortable for him, it sure makes for good song writing I think. Great song.

Yeah, I met him once - after the Isle of Wight festival in 2004, they were on our ferry. He was sooooo distant, didn't say a word. Yeah it was just one incident, but it was interesting. I still love the band and think he's one of the best singer/songwriters of a generation
