@bdprez - I've read that the maple body was the problem the engineers had. Produced and excessively "bright" sound. A maple body is rare, but this new Hohner has one. Fender Teles don't have maple bodies.

Prince is funny. I love him but he's quite possibly the only person i've ever seen wear, heels, lace and eyeliner and have everyone for a while call "insert derogatory word for gay here" but in reality has gotten an utterly ungodly amout of beautiful hetero tail and is generally just on a higher level of "cool." You gotta be special to pull off heels and maintain your utter cool. That's rock star.
