i inured my knee not doing this but doing some plyometrics, i think i went too fast, any ideas on how long i should rest until i exercise again?

@HellsLightOne The main reason ppl do plyometric exercises are not to increase vertical leap. Plyo can be done in many kinds of exercises not involving the legs.
If you jump fast, you will exhaust yourself and wont be able to jump as high. Google Muscle and learn about the diffrent kind of musclefibers and which ones are endurant and which ones are explosive.(Hint: The explosive ones are not endurant).
If you jump slow you wont build endurance. Jump fast and you will.

Why are people always trying to correct those who post helping videos. Everyone's an expert, right? There's nothing wrong with the way he does it. Especially for beginners. Wider base and slow tempo= safety. Once the individual builds enough foundational strength, he/she can increase the tempo. Continue to post videos like this because totally help my clients.
