Turning the Fan...to Gold!

Bet you've never seen this before...a golden Annoying Fan.

I've been asked plenty of times how I did this, and i'm getting tired of seeing it.
This i from the Midas Magic Spells of Aurum mod for TES4: Oblivion. It's from the latest version, and it can turn next to any living or dead thing to gold.
And YES it's ONLY for the PC version of Oblivion. It's not my fault if you bought the xbox version.

Is anyone else reminded of Cicero on skyrim when they hear the adoring fan?

@luk3b0y Cicero was a direct reference to the Adoring Fan. Cicero is NOT the Adoring Fan, but references were made between the two as a form of breaking the fourth wall.

The Grand Champion that Cicero assassinated was 170, 180 years after the Oblivion Crisis. It couldn't have been the Champion of Cyrodiil, unless he/she was an elf of some description.

Plus, as marblefan500 pointed out, he's not a Bosmer.
