He would have been just under the law for doing that.To waste cops time and call 911 for that is ludicrous.Adam should have pushed back then kicked his ass if he returned the agression.You are allowed to defdend yourself when assaulted that is the law.

Rather then focusing on trying to get Ron Paul elected,sometimes we get side tracked.When I was growing up in the 50's and 60's if someone pushed you you pushed back.If someone thru a punch you punched back and neither party cried and ran to a cop.
Now it seems if someone touches you not even hard the crying starts and "you assalted me" whining is heard.Come on people.If that was an assault Adam had a right to defend himself under the law.He could have decked him.continued

@michaelvargo80 New Hampshire law defines "Simple Assault" as "unprivileged physical contact" - and this is what that security "agent" did to Adam.
One does not need to be injured for an assault to be legit.
