Hey, nice video.
Just a question: could you give some information on how to enter mayurasana through the vinyasa?
In David Swenson's book, a full vinyasa is indicated with the fingers pointing backwards (as in the final position), but I cannot find a way to jump from standing to Chaturanga Dandasana with hands reversed...
Can you please help me with this?
