Simon Liste had been training in Chu Sau Lei Wing Chun for 8 years with a total of 12 years in Wing Chun. Simon had no one to fight so Chu Sau Lei team mate Aaron Baum stepped up to give Simon a war. These guys set out put a beat down on each other. Showing the true spirit of competing. No egos, no bad feelings, just two fighters doing what they do. Total respect for each other and no quarter given! This was the fight of the day! Both warriors put on a great show of hardcore Chi Sau fighting with excellent control of structure, timing and power. This fight really set the bar the event.
