  • I cannot tell from your post whether or not you are being sarcastic with the "influential scientists" remark. I certainly hope not.

  • I was looking for influential scientists, and I got this video... The science portrayed by the media is more political than scientific, the science portrayed in the media in reality is pseudo-science.....

  • Although, I hate that picture of Dawking i.e around 6:40. Without his glasses, he has that Christopher Lambert stare. It's fine when you're playing a hard-boiled detective, it's creepy without context.

  • @LowleyUK Yeah, religious people place a lot of weight on the word convert. When it's used by someone of their church, it's 100% positive. If it's used in any other fashion whatsoever, it's a clear sign of Satan.

  • @LowleyUK

I like that idea - You should probably email that to him - I think it could only help our cause however small of a detail that it is.

  • I really dont think Richard should use the phrase "convert to atheism", He should use the word deconvert.

  • We came from the earth we have evolved in to our current state; there is no need to be ever humbling our selves to the unknown. Its a bold new world that presents bold new challenges changes intern require changes in effort. Change requires use of energy; life likes to conserve energy so it will be difficult to adapt but life has always adapted.

  • Good point.
