single or not for a lane switch doesnt mean shit, you still have to check and make sure you can saftly switch lanes, which in this case you cant so the skyline should have stayed in his lane tell the civic passed him.

the guy in the civic or whatever the camera car is would have been at fault. When you are speeding way above the speed limit, you give up the right of way. The skyline guy probably shoulder checked and saw a car way back there and saw that he had lots of room, except the car was driving way above the speed limit. He should not be anticipating that, and as such, the driver in the civic/whatever would have been at fault due to dangerous and unsafe operation of an automoble. Bam, ricers lse agn
