The LadyTrucker Chronicles.....Meet Ellie!

I had the pleasure of meeting Ellie when I was shut down at a TA Travel Center in Connecticut. She graciously gave me a coupon for a free shower, and a bit later, she gave me over an hour of her time when she shared her thoughts about trucking and how the industry has been treating her. She shared a great deal, so unfortunately, I had to do quite a bit of editing. But the gist of it all, is that Ellie is a terrific human being who loves her job, loves her wife, her daughter, her kitty, and she is a very multi-talented individual who I feel very blessed to have met. And her CB 'handle' is "Sunshine"! :D

Ugh! I hate the small of baby wipes! I drove with someone who used them and I about pucked. Something about the baby wipes that just dont belong in a small area. Like a truck...
