U2 fans may wish to know a friend was asked to set up some gear for them on the BBC Television Centre roof next weekend. I would guess they will be playing there on the Monday which, I think, is when their new LP comes out, just no idea what time of day.

It now appears they will be playing on the BBC RADIO roof at 6pm tomorrow (Friday). None of the rumourmongers seem to have sussed out the roof bit, but makes sense because they can set up their gear far more easily than down at street level and it would take the police 15 minutes to get them to pull the plug by which time job done.

The hilarious thing is all of these people distancing themselves from the direct experiance by recording it are end up with crap sound thereby making the video unwatchable...what is that about, seriously, it seems to be all of these videos...either get a system that works or enjoy the performance and leav the recording to somone who has a chacne in hell of getting something watchable!

I agree with what you say about missing out on the experience, Japanese tourists see London through a lens, but I did watch it, just with my now very sore arm stuck up in the air. As for the quality, if you watch my earlier videos you will see I do have the equipment but enjoyed myself so much the camera went all weird for the encore!
