I think Buckley is taken a little bit out of context here. When he said that Ali was "absolutely right," he was referring specifically to Ali's analysis of his treatment because of his refusal to go to Vietnam (or otherwise participate by entertaining troops, etc), not his analysis of race relations. Buckley was right to apply the Germany analogy to Ali. Like Buckley, I admire Ali, but not Elijah Mohammed. Somebody should post the full "Firing Line" segment with Ali and Buckley, it's fascinating

Anyone know where I can watch the whole interview of Buckley reflecting back on how Ali was right? I wish I could hear more of what he had to say about his interview with Ali.
