This is from a show called Demons, episode 5. Technically she becomes a harpie but this looks more like a demon tf. And that last part is the final scene of the TF. You only see her complete at the end of the episode and it is not worth watching the entire show for. This is the best part and TransformationVault shows everthing there is to see. It is the full transformation from the show.
