Military Police and Marines escorting UK Trident nuclear weapons. These WMD's are regularly on the move between Burghfield (Aldermaston) in England, and Coulport near Faslane in Scotland. Each truck carries 2 Trident nuclear warheads, and each warhead is eight times more powerful than the atom bomb dropped on Hiroshima.

i aggree,just give up nuclear weapons are the way forward end of. i get fed up of hippies camping outside devonport saying save the trees. they are causeing more danger to the planet by trying to break into the dockyard and blockading the gates etc...

Hi c1rey and others who think that M.A.D. (Mutually Assured Destruction) has kept us safe since WW2 because its time for a wake up call.
Bush's star wars program has thrown M.A.D. out the window because (if it works) it will allow the US to threaten/bomb any other country without retaliation (so no mutual destruction any more)
Already its started a new cold war with Russia.

thats not risky at all i highly doubt they are just going to keep an assembled nuke in there ready to blow its probably disassembled in ways where nothing can happen to it
