The learned physician in question is a Psychiatrist An MD FRCP(C), Member College Of Physicians & Surgeons Of Ontario, Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Distinguished Fellow of The American Psychiatric Association, Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology In The Specialty of Forensic Psychiatry.
In His Independent Medical Report, While engaged In A Contractual Commercial Activity With Allstate Insurance, Using His Position Of A Physician, A Healer Of The Mind, He Intentionally subjected This Caregiver To Emotional and Psychological Abuse.
His "chronic written aggression" directed towards me was premeditated, devoid of Conscience or Consideration for, my state of health, my presence at the proceedings solely as caregiver (given my lack of legal standing in any legal actions) or the crippling form of Alice In Wonderland Syndrome my husband suffers from.
To this end I, as well as my husband of 48 years suffer abuse at the hands of his No-fault-insurance companies who (Declaring Him To Be 100% NOT AT FAULT) have stalled delayed and denied my husbands statutory benefits. Effectively subjecting Me To The Potential Loss Of My Home Through No-Fault Of My Own. This Is Emotional and Financial Abuse Of A Non-litigating Caregiver At The Hands Of A Medical Professional ! A Healer Of The Mind ! Carried On In Their Own Words "Nothing Personal Just Business" !
