  • @23viktor23 Very true, I never thought about that before but that's exactly what the motion is like.

  • @AceGuitarR7 when you workout your chest you also work triceps not biceps ;) and the motion of the forehand from outside to in is just like a peck dek flye ;)

  • @evilgart and very resiliant elbows because he uses a straight arm when he hits so if anyone has a gimpy elbow, you better not try this forehand at all :)

  • @AceGuitarR7 his strokes require a lot of wrist shoulder and forearm very few bicep unlike nadal who uses it more

  • @superman11978 its bizzare to me though. the guy has great legs, great chest.. but absolutely no biceps at all.... i work out too, i dont know how he could workout the chest without getting at least some kind of biceps

  • nice chest muscles

  • Roger Federer is one hairy ass dude. Who needs a shirt when you're a wooly mammoth?

  • @superman11978 i've seen him in person in Indian Wells, CA. His legs are massive tree stumps. His shoulders are broad like a doorway. He walks with his chest out because his pecs are so huge. Sure his left forearm is really thin and lithe, but the guy is a physical stud. And I'd put him at 6'1 WITHOUT SHOES on, whereas nadal is about 6'1 with shoes on.

  • @365to173repubsPWNED Believe me, if Roger walked into my gym and was just some anonymous person, I would know instantly that he was a top athlete. You can just tell by the way they move. And he's hardly small, he's 6'1", a LEGIT 6'1" (which is considered 6'2" or 6'3" for most people, since everyone lies about their height).

  • Wish Roger would play shirtless more often.... hot!
