One last questions (I think...hahaha - just leavin posts all over your sites :)...how long does this entire circuit take you? I already asked how many days a week you do this - but I work FT and go to school FT so a couple of hours every night of the week (right now) might not be doable for me...if it only takes about an hour I can squeeze it in :) Thank you in advance by the way!!!
@imacceptingbut I am so sorry it took me so long to get back to you! I am pretty busy this time of year. Leave as many posts as you like wherever :)
My workouts usually never last longer than 30 minutes, but this one runs close to 40 unless you don't take any breaks. If that's too long you can just cut one of the circuits out or skip the Ab Burn. I do/did this routine 3 times a week, but still did swings, jump rope, planks throughout the week in other workouts. :)
@msbarb1 Hips get the bell up, core/abs keep the body stable and lats and rear shoulders pull the bell back down. The arms don't do anything but act as a cable connecting the bell to your body - I hope that makes sense, lol.
