  • I want this video on my M530w phone.

  • Feel free to use any app that you find that will do that. Use it to promote your own local YAP program...

We always train with a tail rope. When you have multiple students it gives them a chance to work on rope handling skills while also honing their patroller skills. Ie: sideslip, snowplow, transitions. Aslo when we are doing multiple scenarios every day, we don't always use gloves. The student simply says "taking BSI precautions". Then you aren't wasting dozens of pairs of gloves every day.

  • Good question!!!!!

  • Where is the BSI ?

  • wow didn't know you were able to train for a ski patrol when you're still a teenager.

  • I live in NH and am hoping to do this program next year. I'm 13. I live right next to pats peak.

  • sometimes for training with the rookies a tailrope is used just for safety, so if they wipe out someone can stop the sled, even in the moguls
