There's a transition at 2:20. The scene in the hospital is S7, E8 - Introducing Lorelai Planetarium. The other scene, outside, is S7, E10 - Merry Fisticuffs

Very nice video. Loved the song! The buildup from halfway on was awesome! Some of the shots were too dark to see, is there something I can do to make them more visible?

I had an older computer when I first started making videos and I couldn't see the darker scenes either. You could try turning up the brightness on your computer, but the problem is likely how bright your monitor is able to get.
