No it wouldn't. Come on. It's not impossible for such a thing to be good, but unless you're some naruto kid who thinks all anime is by default 10/10 perfect you have to recognize that such a thing would probably turn out poorly unless it was helmed by immensely creative people and that's not likely. CV isn't very popular in Japan and they wouldn't have enough money in the budget to get a Hideaki Anno or Mamoru Oshii given the lack of a sizable guaranteed audience.
