Ecco the Dolphin Sega CD Title Screen

I've uploaded the entire Ecco the Dolphin soundtrack for Sega CD. What a sublime experience and a beautiful soundtrack by Spencer Nilsen. It's maybe a little less interesting melodically than the Mega Drive/Genesis versions, but I also hate the sound of the Genesis soundchip. This is coming from a guy that listens to a ton of game music.

I remember the first games comming out on disc had it's music easily accessible. Some smart ass figured out money was to be made by selling OST's on a seperate disc. And a lot of the cartridge game music could be listened to if you pushed certain buttons in a sequence. Thanks for sharing.

@GPVlog Same thing happened to me but she picked it out for my birthday and it was the Sega Genesis version. Such a underrated game series.

I remember I got this game in the bargin bin at my local game store. The only reason I got it was because my Mom said "The Dolphin looks cute" Well since I was only 11 at the time and she was buying a game for me I sorta went with what she thought. I remember driving home with that disapointing feeling that I didnt get somthing cooler. Well when I loaded the game up I was hooked. I played it for weeks on end and never put it down. I guess it goes to show you that Moms can pick good games too!
