Today's message, I wanted to stress the importance of mental preparation before working out. Similar as if you were actually going into war, the high intensity and stress of working out can require the same amount of mental planning to ensure a proper mindset for success!

so yeah, I have a big problem with those little voices that only I can hear in my head (lol, I swear I'm not crazy! xD) What would be a good way to start getting yourself into that mindset of 'I can do this' or 'I am strong enough'?

@TheEmiBlue I think it's fair to say, if you're a living, breathing human, we all struggle w/ the voices! ..which makes us all crazy too...lol!
You ask how? Here's what I do...Remind yourself, "I'M NOT THE VOICE IN MY HEAD, I JUST HAPPEN TO HAVE ONE." ...and good news! ..the more you can ignore it, the quieter it becomes!!! :-)

how do you break up your sets .. like in how many reps are you doing/ time between sets?
really did the message.. nice to see a guy with brains.

@OnEye Andrew, thanks for the comment. Normally when I shoot the videos, I just do 10 reps of 3 or 4 different types of pushups...then when I get home, for the other 60 or 70, I like doing 3 more sets of 25 w/ a little rest in between. Thanks for the kind words, glad you're enjoying the vids :-)
