Dear Buck,

I have a friend who is verbally abused by his parents. He sometimes tells our group of friends about the awful things his mom says to him. The other day she told him that he "might as well be gay since no women would ever be with him." I know this hurts him, and that he sometimes uses drugs like pot to escape his depression, and it worries me. I am not very close to him, but I still consider him a friend. What, if anything, can I do, or what advise can I give him.

@Voe0123 How about you stop watching his videos, and just forget about it? instead of bagging on him for who he is? That's just like me making fun of you because you "have brown hair" You honestly had no reason to even say that in the first place.
