i told myself i'd never do a self piercing for fear of messing up and getting infections.... but i wanted another cartilage piercing badly so i just went ahead and did it myself.
it didnt hurt. it just burns a bit after it's done.

if you're going to do a self piercing.
SANITIZE THE NEEDLE OR SAFETY PIN.

  • u look like queen rania just a lil bit

  • i heard the pop

  • "It Wont go throw im pushing and pushing" :3 THATS WHAT SHE SAID!

  • to anyone who's scared or nervous about this, i did my own twice, one yesterday and one about half an hour ago. if i say so myself, on a scale of 1-10 (10 being the highest) it hurt at about a 0.5 and my pain tolerance is AWFUL, but i took to this quite well.

you can use a sharp piercing needle, or hollow needle make sure to sterelise it beforehand. So be REALLY careful! you get the bleeding from ventricles in your ear, not veins.

Both of my piercings haven't bled, just throbbed, good luck. :)

  • i did this and mine got stuck so it was all the way through and it like got stuck so i fell asleep and i woke up and it was gone so how can i get it unstuck any tips?

  • @serenity6831 Had my helix pierced in Aug. By Sept., developed huge bump that would get bigger & smaller & oozed beige puss few times. Since still had bump after 4 mos., I called my piercer. He said its not infected; just being hit too often & has some "trash" in it. He took earring (CBR) out, squeezed & cleaned up bump area & re-inserted earring. Bump went down significantly the next day. He's told me clean bump w/alcohol, pressing it, & clean inner hole w/aftercare cleaner.

  • 1:21 i finally started wondering if you were actually going to get it through. lol

  • omggg u shulda just shoved it through full force.. lolool my friend did it and it took like 2 secounds

  • @serenity6831 Stop using tea tea oil! And i recommend you see a doctor because you probably need a course of antibiotics :/ Hope this helped <3

  • thumbs up if you rewinded back to listen for the pop.
