Looks like the drainage on the roof was not working. Being a warehouse, it probably has a flat roof. Rainwater collected in that spot and soaked /leaked through. Eventually the roof couldnt handle the extra weight of the water and collapsed.......that,or the employees only pool upstairs sprung a leak!
