  • What is the point of gluing then adding screws ? Are you removing all the screws later ?

  • @espirates2 I could have used clamps to hold the ply panels tight together but the screws are a much simpler way (i find) to press the joints together. Mostly, it enables you to assemble all the pannels at once since using clamps can be space consuming. yes when the glue is dry, the screws become useless but no need to remove them.

  • This looks like what we call shuttering ply in the UK,what thickness is is?

  • @intercomsec i think it is the equivalent of 2cm ply or maybe 1,75cm
