The problem isnt that these animals cant recognize danger there were plenty of native predators for them to deal with: quolls, goannas, wedge tailed eagles, crocodiles, pythons, etc. The problem isnt just cats and foxes its other invasives as well such as rabbits, goats, pigs, cattle, not to mention the massive destruction and even complete removal of the environment itself, and to top it off the introduction of non native grasses which are replacing native grass species and are unpalatable.

please you people never look at the big picture here u see a fox get shot and u freak out their NOT NATIVE their an invasive species they're responsible for the extinction of many unique animals in ausatralia thier are plenty of foxes in thier natural habitats if not shot what are we suppose to do let them run amok
