  • @Bestelectromusic28 For the 18th thousand time... I had meant sleep LEADS to muscle catabolism.. Certain periods within sleep cycles make you anabolic, yes.. As soon as you wake up and set foot on the floor your dive into catabolism.. So no you don't burn muscle while you sleep.. Sleep will lead to muscle catabolism. Quit the cussing and insults, you sound like a defensive 12 year old girl.

  • Guys just saying, its kinda of a dick move when some guy takes time out of his day to make sure people like us can get the best benefit of each and every workout. And the majority gives back with "I'd fuck your girl friend". Truth is he will mostly likely get more pussy than a lot of you guys who make fun of him. Have fun on xvideo!!!!

  • dude what are you eating? you're skinny as fuck! start adding healthy fats to your diet! use chicken thighs instead of breasts. eat some yolks with egg whites for breakfast, get high fat fish in your diet, look up wild planet tuna on Google!!!

  • @george2484 you can buy stevia or a Hersey Cocoa mixture to add flavor to the oatmeal, or even add a tablespoon of peanut butter. but whole wheat toast will do fine as well.
