Yeah, that is The Bishop! The best Presiding Bishop of the P.A.W. that I can remember sitting under. You should have seen him at the conventions when he was in office, he would conduct that whole place! LOL - and whenever he called, we moved FAST! Actually, we need him to run for office again! GO AHEAD BISHOP AND RUN FOR PRESIDER AGAIN - I PROMISE YOU, WE WILL PUT YOU RIGHT BACK IN THERE!!!
