  • @ghoststyles - It is ok, the only thing is you need to be careful with your wrists because you can develop cysts in your wrist as I did from doing 200 push ups every day. You may also consider doing them a few times per week along with pull ups. FYI, Herschel Walker who was a famed American Football Player has been doing 3500 situps and 1000 pushups a day for the last 30 years! He's obviously genetically gifted, but still is important to mention. Google him for more info.

  • @MrYalabena - Wide grip push ups target the chest/shoulders and less your triceps. The closer together your put your hands, the more it emphasizes triceps, like the diamond push up. I think the diamond push up can put a little too much pressure on the wrists/shoulders, so just be careful, or use a more traditional close grip hand grip.
