@npdimonte, The Blessed Hope of the Church has always been the second coming, NOT the rapture. And why not look to Paul the Apostle, himself an apostolic Jew, instead of Zola Levitt?
If a pretribulation rapture were the hope of the Church, then the bulk of church history must have missed this point. You do know that Darby is rather new on the scene? I'll go with the historic church, and not Darby. Levitt was a Darbyist first and foremost. Darbyism is the lens of his Jewish messianism.
