B. Even if he wasn't pushed out, it appears that the Bama defender may have touched the ball first, which would make Hodge eligible again.

C. Even if (B) is unclear...not enough evidence, IMHO, to overturn the ruling on the field.

D. Even if Hodge did go out on his own...and even if he was the first to touch the ball, warranting an illegal touching penalty...the penalty was not called by the official on the field. And it is my understanding that a flag can only be thrown by the field official, not the replay official.

@justlikepauls1979 well you said they sucked in 09 which they did not, and we lost Dexter Mccluster and Jevan Snead last year to the pros of course it was gonna be a down year, and the ole miss recruiting this year was in the top 25 classes in america ranked by ESPN so its looking good
