Embalming Lab at the University of Minnesota

The Mortuary Science program at the University of Minnesota turned 100 years-old recently. It has trained most of the funeral directors in the state and recently has admitted many more women than men. Spend an afternoon with some first year students as they prepare a body for further study by the medical school.

If you notice on these type of vids they never show the cavity embalming part as its a sort of gross thing to see but i think they should show the entire process from start to finish.

@derail14 There's a reason why they don't publish complete embalming sessions online. It's the same reason why law enforcement doesn't release videos of murders or torture to the public. It's all about respect to the victim and their families. Working with the deceased is a serious job, and you have to treat the deceased respectfully and not as an object.
