An Arduino powered RGB LED mood light. I'm using an Arduino(obviously), a RGB LED that i got from SparkFun, a breadboard, and some jumper cables. As you probably know, red, green, and blue are the three primary colors. If you vary the intensity of these colors, you can create a huge amount of colors. This is what I designed the code to do. It chooses a random max voltage up to 255 and then writes an increase in 5 volts to each LED until it hits the max. Then, they slowly fade back down and restart the progress. Comment and I'll get back to you with the code or any other specifics.
