UGH I HATE THOSE 'box by box' graph things! I can never do them, much better at free handing things
It's ok, I think (constuctional critisism) that you need to work on shading and like Frost4U said the cheeks are a bit wide.

not bad, his mouth looks a little open.. and yeah about his cheeks too. but keep it up! you've got talent. i couldn't draw something as close to that.
