I still don't understand why Sega did that whole surprise bullshit. If they were going to release it early, then at least let the retailers and third party game developers know. Plus most of the good games were only released in Japan.

@thelaserman999 There was too much working against the Saturn for it to ever do well here. Difficult development, poor public relations on Sega's part, it was doomed to fail. And this carried on to sabotage the Dreamcast, too.
